I'm relatively new to the world of digital initiatives, and I'm having a lot of fun learning the ropes! A few months ago, my institution adopted a digital repository and I volunteered to learn the system and educate the campus about what it can do. I'd love to talk with others about the challenges and successes of managing an IR at a liberal arts college. (Yes, I'll be at the Preconference!)
